Leadership

First sitting on the Texas senate floor at age 23, Giadolor made a monumental impact on the State of Texas working with Texas State Senator, Royce West. During the 86th legislative session, Prince worked closely on Senate Bill 25 that was passed and signed into law by the Governor of Texas. Senate Bill 25 synchronizes the higher education system in Texas, creating more transparency on the transfer of community college credits to state universities in Texas, thus eliminating waste. Senate Bill 25 has saved Texas $240 million dollars.

Following the Covid-19 global pandemic, Prince worked with Senator West on the Senate Finance Committee to restructure the State of Texas budget, after a $6 billion dollar shortfall in 2020 during the global coronavirus pandemic. In 2023, Texas would experience a $33 billion dollar surplus. The historic surplus of the 87th Legislative session is a Texas record, and is larger than the budgets of 24 states. Giadolor also worked on the George Floyd Act Bill, following the global outcry of George Floyd’s death. Further, Prince led the stakeholder engagement to bring nearly $300 million dollars to Dallas, Texas to build the first state funded psychiatric hospital in the 182-year history of Dallas. During the 2022 election cycle, Giadolor would be nominated on Election Day at 26 years old and become the youngest Texas senate nominee in Texas history. His election was covered nationwide, from Rhode Island to Nevada. Prince also had the most votes for a 26 year old in Texas history with over 105,000 votes.  After becoming a historic politician,  Prince S. Giadolor has become a Global Leader. The convergence of being a historic leader and globally recognized at getting things done has led Prince to become a Global Leader. Prince relishes the opportunity to lead. He is available to constituents worldwide as a source of knowledge and leadership.
